It’s been quite a while since I’ve updated my portfolio site so I thought I should get back to it. Over the last year or so I’ve been delving into WordPress and have discovered it to be flexible and easy-to-use. Previous versions of my site consisted of static HTML pages which proved to be too tedious to maintain. It started with my wedding website which was a crash course in WordPress basics and since then I’ve worked on a few other projects. Having learned how versatile the platform is, WordPress was the obvious choice when re-designing this site.
I’ve been changing focus a bit too. Instead of typical print design, I’ve been gravitating more towards hand-made techniques. Aesthetically-speaking, this version is a departure from my previous site. While still clean and sparse, everything is just a bit bigger. In fact, each iteration of my site over the years has been getting bigger. Overall, I’m very happy with the re-design and I’d love to hear your feedback!
