Pathways and Resources for Engagement and Participation is an intervention that encourages and empowers youth with physical disabilities to participate in activities they enjoy by addressing environmental barriers and coaching their parents or caregivers.
Through CanChild, I was asked to help develop the branding for this new intervention protocol for Occupational Therapists. Because it is primarily used with youth, we wanted the logotype to appeal to, and reflect that audience. A colourful and bold mark was created along with a set of icons and illustrations.
The brand was extended across a variety of media including printed materials, the Learning Module website and video content. As part of the engagement, a series of videos was produced to provide an overview of the intervention and communicate the benefits. A selection of the brand elements were animated and included in the video content to extend the brand and create a consistent visual thread throughout the materials.
